Bailey Minchington
Community Award

• The Bailey Minchington Community Award winner is chosen from nominations by RunAsOne members. We encourage every member to nominate.

• The nomination period is open from 9 December to 16 December 2025 via a weblink which will be sent in the member update on 9 December 2025.

• RunAsOne members will be able to nominate another member or themself for the award.

• Only 1 nomination per member and the member with the highest number of nominations will be declared the winner.

• The award winner will be announced at the RunAsOne Annual Christmas Party on 21 December 2025.

Please consider the following qualities that reflect those that we remember our friend Bailey so well for, when making your nomination.

1. Kindness

Nominees demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for others through consistent acts of care, encouragement, and understanding toward others.​

2. Generosity

Nominees demonstrate a spirit of giving, sharing, and selflessness through giving their time, energy, or skills to help others without seeking recognition.​

Sense of  Community

Nominees demonstrate bringing people together and strengthening community belonging through creating connections between people and encouraging inclusion.
